Why More Managers?
On my payslip there is a message about RM employing new graduates. So I had a look at RM.com and it seems like RM will take on 100 new people with degrees, most who will become managers! Why, when the rest of us are facing cuts? One manager to 10 workers is wrong enough now, so why do we need more? At our place there are always loads of managers and acting managers, but never enough posties to do the graft. Don't make sense do it!!
How much worse can it get? A LOT F****** WORSE !!!
