Higgson is a spoilt child with his remarks he does not seem to be to conciliatory does he it is a victors speech and our people will deliver the mail!. He blames the CWU FOR THIS HE ONLY HAS TO LOOK HIMSELF IN THE MIRROR WHILE ALL OF US LOOK TO THE CWU AND THEIR FAILURE TO SECURE THE AGREEMENT FOR ALL!.

The working union members get shafted by there over paid higher brass. So unsurprising. The union leadership is more than likely in bed with the Royal mail management. The union is no longer about supporting the workers rather more about supporting itself and its overpaid officials. Oh and jobs for the boys in the labour party of course.

Gotta say this is an uphill struggle, but i really think we the union have given RM a bit of a bloody nose here. They were certain they could steamroller through their warped version of phase 4 of pay and mod, but have they - have they f**k. They`ve backed off and had to go through ACAS something they really didnt think was neccesary.In fact they blatently refused. Its all a bit unclear at the moment but we havnt seen the new agreed framework and we should win some concessions
Its never going to be easy against the RM management AND a wounded inept labour (joke) government in bed together against us. But for the moment ill try and stay positive!
Finally to all fellow union members in London who stuck it out for the 14 or so days my total respect
