Deliveries from a mail centre

Post by fed_up_postie »

Is there anyway the union can get some sort of agreement for delivery staff to work when mail centre staff are out on strike, as i work from a mail centre and i had a few people calling me a scab and saying i should hang my head in shame last friday thinking i crossed the picket line yet when i explained to them why i was out delivering they were very embarrased and apologised alot now once again this saturday i will experience the same thing, people calling me names, telling me to hang my head in shame and think of the other RM workers who are losing money by striking and yet again i have to spend time explaining why i am working, so is there any clause in the unions plans for strikes that say's delivery staff can go into work when mail centre staff are on strike or am i just being silly   lol
