.we live in an era of 24hour news so why dont royal mailm management and the union go to acas and have the event covered by the news channels,this would one way or another tell the public who is spouting bulls-it and who is telling the truth,i know who my money would be on.

As I understand it ACAS rulings are binding on both parties, which is why RM management
don't want to go there.

the one thing befittting of a labour party is to get them to acas.unfortunately workers are the least of labours worries (to them).big business is new labours mantra,especially with :mfo :cfo mr anonymous chairman.it definately is make or break time.
