Talking to A Driver who refused to cross our picket line pointed out how the Mail center jobs are uncertain with the merge mail centers .
I am proably slow on the uptake ,but with office revisions in almost every delivery office soon with the sole aim of reducing staff levels.mail centers merging across the country with substantial fewer jobs needed,where will all the surplus staff GO!
WHILST you have retirement I cannot believe this will resolve everything ,natrual wastage?
We are still in recession officialy,their are no jobs out their so cannnot be many who will leave RM for a better job.
So tell me where will all the jobs be,if you live in the South will RM offer you employment in the North or vice versa?
once again the figures do not add up even for voluntary redundancy and early retiement.
Thanks to every one who suppourted us today,not looking forward to the 2 days next week of abuse from the confused PUBLIC WHO THINK WE WILL BE SCABBING!!

well since i went on leave my office has gone down by 3
1 onto a driving duty at the MC due to a knee problem
2 had enough of it all
