Ice Cream Boxes
You see them everywhere these days, the barrows supplied to RM postmen on deliveries - everywhere i go i see them, all over them weekend 7 days a week. Chained up to a lampost, garden gate or street sign are now part of the community - i remember local authorities saying they wont be giving RM permission for more pouch boxes as they make the area look an eyesore. RM management must be abusing this by instructing those on deliveries to just chain em up & leave them there ?? When i was on deliveries we had to bring them back when you had finished your walk. Its only a matter of time till the press pick up on this, cant believe they havent already ??

Re: Ice Cream Boxes
They call them "high capacity trollies" when you take them out on the walks and "mobile pouch boxes" when there chained to a tree or lampost
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........

Hey the frame still looks quite sound. Romec will paint that up and get it back on the road in no time.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
