Why do I get the feeling 2009 is more significant in the striking stakes than 2007?
Two years down the road and NOTHING has improved. There has been NO MODERNISATION - if there has , do tell...
In 2007 Leighton & Crozier were thick as thieves.
In 2009, Crozier and his glove puppet Higson are now out on their own.
Now, more than ever, is the time to bring Crozier to his knees for the better of the business. He, like himself, has made RM stale - change is needed.

Re: 2007 v 2009 - Strikes
My greatest fear about this strike action is that we get pumped by the Union, as we did back on '07. If this happens, I'll really be questioning why I pay my Union due each week and, more importantly, why the high level Union guys don't actually listen to the posties who put them their.
A union is about collective barganing. A group selects one of their own to speak on behalf of the collective. They must TRUST in the lone individual to step up, not be swayed, cowed or decived, but instead to put forward the issues and deal for the best possible outcome FOR ALL.
I don't want to see 2007 happen again.
