Extended Delivery OT is Back:)
For last few months we was'nt allowed to claim extended, but since we had Health & Safety in few weeks ago we're made to take our full meal reliefs. So of course that can make us later midweek.Mon/Tues i would bank any time i owed em for finishing early and on the later days that would just cover me from booking OT all week.Lo and behold this week i got paid my 3h extended and am £20 up from doing the job properly, hope this lasts:-p

Re: Extended Delivery OT is Back:)
Cept we have to work all our time now if we're back early, either to sort or take a few roads out of a round that was'nt covered. So now there's nothing to bank so it does'nt matter.

Do the job properly and you shouldn't have any hours to bank. Not in our DO anyway, most walks are probablly 4 1/2 hrs if done properly but still people running round.

I guess he was just being flexible.Ahebban wrote:Why were you banking hours? ... issues over banking/annualised hours were part of Phase 4, of which RM failed to reach agreement with CWU.

If you return early to your office
...your open to whatever work they throw at you....!!! Quite simple...stay out till your time or just ask for extra streets to be put onto your delivery

Kinda difficult with these damn trackers in ur van.I was even called in the office once for hittin 80 mph when i was on my way back along dual carriageway,so now i dont exceed 60mph(Vans restricted to 70mph now neway)HESS wrote:If you return early to your office...your open to whatever work they throw at you....!!! used for no other reason.

Silly me, I forgot! Breaching or non-compliance with Agreements when in RM's favour is being flexible, however, quite the reverse reaction from RM if it does not work in their favour ... hence the vigorous application of phases 2 and 3 and the blind spot that is phase 4!
