I may have lost count now but i believe today was are 15th day of action in london, we had 9 on the picket line this morning bbq going well, plenty of burgers, sausages and tea and coffee on the go. The mood was as strong as ever and 100% solid, we have a backlog here and we intend to keep it
As for managers i counted 10 today , we've had more on other strike days. One was collected from a local station 2 others arrived with their overnight bags, obviously put up at rm's expense in hotels in the city , i understand covent garden is a popular spot. They arrive between 8 and 10 do a couple of hours worth of reg and clear off home
Were looking forward to the national strike when these managers will be kept occupied in there own offices. Also now that the tide has turned in our favour and we have them on the run a swift victory i'm sure

9 people, but our backlog got cleared 3 weeks ago :/ had about a week where staff stayed in to throw off the letters on the ips (the people staying in were the fastest on the sorting, probably adviced by the opg staff to the temp managers), whilst the agency staff took the work out. then on a sunday they got pretty much a full office worth of agency to take everything out. since then the backlog has been clear-"able"

im pretty sure every other office has a backlog
