JUST ABOUT AT BREAKING POINT HOW DO YOU PUT A GRIEVANCE IN ?AND WHAT HAPPENS AFTER? ONCE AGAIN KICKED OFF MY FLOATING DUTY FOR A PART TIMER WHOS JUST IN THE DOOR WHOS COMING IN ON HIS DAY OFF ON OVERTIME!! WHILST I GET KICKED OFF TO DO A DUTY IVE NEVER DONE. ITS HAPPENING ALL THE TIME ,WHO CAN I TURN TO ETC FOR HELP REGARDING MATTER,AS UNION REP NOT INTERESTED. HELP WOULD BE MOST APPRECIATED .

ask your manager for a stage 1 grievance form fill it in and sit back and enjoy the ride :nana

Your colleague, not a 'part timer'. :whistle. And I doubt it was his/her fault. Working day off though and getting your round would piss me off though. Just dont devide over part time/full time though. Its us v them remember!

Spot on, first stage grievance took 56 days from interview date for the typical 'white wash' decision. Put stage 2 grievance in and currently been waiting 64 days from interview date ...not holding my breath! :arrrghhh :arrrghhh :arrrghhh

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

To be fair: My Reps have a good track record for sorting out Grevancies. There are good ones out there!
