15 months ago my office signed a deal with Royal Mail as did many more across London,the scum that is Royal Mail are by executive action now ripping that deal away from us.
These 'Innovative Duty Structures' that were part of the P&M deal are being taken away from us with the stroke of some scumbags pen!
From Mon i will now be on a 5 day week from 4,i've lost my duty and the place is in a mess because the DOM does not know how to work things out.
All our SA has gone and they want more jobs on top of those we gave them 15 months ago.
