i am surprised that there have been no set questions from the cwu to exploit wtll (propaganda).i know that usually everyone switches off but it is aplace wher you can usually get a question to hit home.the first one that comes to mind is

"what is the budget for 2010/11 for our office?

where are the next lot of savings coming from?

long term sick ,how many are off as a consequence of the affects of the job?

just these three questions can get an idea where we are heading.if they arent forthcoming then the rep can put in a formal letter and there is nothing to stop him putting it in straightaway.

from the place where i work people are under the impression that the savings are done and that it is people who are off on long term sick who are off setting the office budget.they dont seem to realise that savings will always be ongoing particulary if f/t staff go.

im just surprised that if the cwu put set questions to ask the dom on a ltb ,royal mail would have to be very transparent in reply.
