I was shown a memo today from the area manager to the DiM ,it basically says that the time spent walking on our summer efficiency doesn't count towards a 3 1/2 hour delivery span because it's not continuous .
Is this correct ? If not is there a Royal Mail document that says we should walk 3 1/2 hours and no more ?
We are on strike tomorrow ,about time, they brought in "executive action" 4 months ago and it's been used as an excuse to do whatever they want since.
