Sadly, withdrawing labour is the only message RM seems to understand. They will talk forever and a day but never come to a negotiated decision until such time as mail does not leave an office. Confrontation is the name of the game for RM at all levels. Every CWU member and office must be prepared to act as one if RM seek to impose decision-making and intimidate individuals going about their lawful business as CWU representatives.

Whether RM likes it or not, it will be dragged, kicking and screaming if needs be, to the table to allow due process towards a negotiated settlement of a possible local issue such as yours, Wardog. The same applies to the existing local/area and impending national action.
