HI. have the union not noticed that Royal mail. Have been rolling out the changes to delivery for months and have planned it that way, so we don't all walk out at the same time. Lets face it they are gonna bring in the changes if the union like it or not. Remember we all got that £400 to bring the changes in. The union should have striked months ago and got it sorted out now some offices have made the change what the point as they will not change them offices back to what they where.
On another note. I'm not looking forward to doing 10 hour days, messing around with our holidays. I don't mind working to my time just can't see me lasting 10 hours. They want us doing a post round then driving a van doing packets.
anyway what do you think??????????????

Aye--the Union a.k.a Big Billy have been rather tardy in leading the fight! And it should have started years ago, not months ago!If we acheive anything, it will be down to our own hard work. I think for every days pay we lose, B.B should donate one day of his pay, to a fund for us Donkeys.

we are now trialing Walk sequencing (july 09) WITH HOURS TAKEN EVERY TIME!!!! the list could go on forever - and all this done with NO Agreement with the CWU.and now we hear that RM has Suspended roll out of C.D.V`S - OUR OFFICE IS NOT HAPPY WITH THE CWU!!
Billy should come upto our office and see for himself - everybody else has !!!!
