Striking delivery offices

Would it not cause more disruption in offices if say a third of an office went out one day then a different third the next then the final third the next? Just wondering how that would work?

It wouldn't work, under phase 3 or 4, they could move you to another walk. So, if your walk is easy, you;d be moved to a hard work. Its in your contract, needs of a business. So, probably mean the other half or third would go on strike. And the poor reserves would be up the greek.

There is the loss of many jobs through EVR which staff want to go. they are walking all over us regardless of striking. I feel we are getting nowhere a lot of offices are now ignoring the strikes and working. I give up now.

We ran out of volunteers already. There were only half the number of volunteers that were required for the last batch of EVR. So how long do you think it'll be, before we start seeing Compulsary Redundancies?

Same in my office. Some people are sick of the way they are being treated
and have decided to take VR/EVR, but nowhere near the 250 that Management
want to get rid off, and it seems that compulsory transfers (but to where?) will
be what they will resort to. That is why we are taking IA.
