We got the old 'What do you expect to achieve?' but of course that was after the DOM had called everyone lazy :chuckle so they where told that it was a last resort to bullying management at which point the meeting was finished :chuckle

Why is it management are allowed to bully staff into working, yet union reps are warned explicitly about suggesting why people should strike?

Its a one way street with those clowns but i love hitting them with questions they cant answer and they tie themselves in knotts and move onto something else ha ha!!! :Applause

Middle management sent out letters and put up posters about why we shouldnt go on strike, only for junior managers to then force on some flexibility with added pursuit of old vendettas. Result our strike was better supported than the 2007 ones. Well done untrained juniors - full timers 100% support and only 3 part timers came in. :Very Happy

:sad: If we have any W.T.L sessions. the Management always send in the most juniour of linos--some only there for a few weeks to do their dirty work.
