dilemna time for royal mail.

we have had a bit of a phoney war over the last few weeks our dom and his underlings have been doing the absorbtion of a few duties so according to him with the work they have done as well as absorbtion we are on budget .that is apart from the sick budget which is well over.so we are now coming into september , ballot for industrial action looming.september however will bring increased mail flow the dom and his underlings might even have to manage!coming under pressure from above. so will the dom carry on his mr nice guy as more and more pressure o/t claims go in.or willl as he has done previously targetted individuals for supposed poor performance with sorting tests.and refusing o/t knowing the more he antagonises the workforce which is not very milatant that they will agree with i/a.im sure this scenario will be played out in most delivery offices.
