Managers in our office are trying to pay for term-time by reducing summer holidays from 7 to 6 off in the same week, surely they cannot do this and penalise the whole office because they have not been able to manage the workforce properly.
Should all applications be signed by manager, cwu rep & pmn who wants term-time ?
