ex action....

what exactly is ex action?? our office had a debate about revision etc recently went to disagreement and now is being forced in by ex act....so what the fcuk WHAT THE POINT OF DEBATE IF THEYRE GONNA BRING IT IN ANYWAY! LOL

they have to give you in writing 28 days notice of the change so now as an office you have to get together and say no ballot us for industrial action as the managment dont think you have the balls to strike

guys if only, our office is sooo under the thumb....its really pisses me off, id be the first to strike but i doubt any1 elsewould...

We had executive action forced on us a while ago. The new duties don't work - never thought they would - and guess who our beloved management are blaming ? That's right it's all our fault because we can't do 5 hour walks in three and a half hours. :crazy:

Same with us we haave gone for a rule 13 we are so fed up with the attitude of these daft managers,i swear they get a buzz out of being so stupid.
