I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Good turn out in our office on the picket line. Three people went in,less said about them the better!
Good turnouts everywhere i beleive. Plus in our small office we had managers with brummie accents turning up through the morning!! What happens after today will be interesting, will royal mail listen?

Got to our office at 05.00am and set up a picket 
Im proud to say my office was 100% solid 
only our 2 managers and 2 others from elsewhere were in the building 
I was joined by 3 more pickets and Rob from Socialist Worker.Our area rep and branch sec then turned up and informed us that only a few strike breakers had crossed picket lines 
in SW London and that overall the strikes were very very well supported 
I could not attend the demo on the Embankment as the mrs wanted the car(i live 40 miles from my office

Not a chance, Saturdays are a shorter working day and we are due out of the office by a certain time, anytime later than that and we'll brinng it back. nearly had a full turnout apart from one who said he didnt know we was on strike told him that it had been on the tv radio newspapers tried to convince him th at he shouldnt go in but still went in the ironic thing about it is the union saved his job 2 years ago when he was going to get done for wilful delay

We found that in the 2007m strikes all those that would have been joining the dole que if it wasn't for the union worked through the strikes, funny when there's no strike it's hard to get any work out of em.

I've seen it myself on more than one occasion. Our office was 100% except for the non-members-

I wouldn't have the nerve to cross a picket line as well...although I never would anyway...good luck to all you guys who's standing up and fighting for what's right...hope royal mail listen or else we will probably all be joining you soon!!
