Whilst London go out on strike (good luck) RM seem to be pushing ahead with modernisation in the rest of the country, this week alone has seen the introduction of one missort run at about 8:30/9 and a 'tick' system whereby all full timers have to achieve 12 ticks between now and the end of the year. As told to us today in WTLL, to gain a tick you have to deliver a row of whichever walk is being absorbed, or you can come in on your day off and do your whole duty for free t gain 4 ticks at once The union rep in our office has been instructed not to talk to RM by the union so is just sitting back whilst these changes are forced in.

I would be ticked off by this tick system what happens if you have no tick's and if you are all ticked off the ask your rep or branch for a ballot and join the rest of us all!.

If your office is anything like ours and a few others I`ve had the misfortune to be at they can`t even keep upto date with the holiday situation or peoples days off never mind playing Playschool with their daft `ticks` system.

our office in scotland is up the pole with us doing no overtime if they tried this here they would be laughed at.
what sort of numpy would come in for free on their day off to get 4 ticks,there having a laugh.

Are they sent to the headmaster for 6 of the best? Do they get a gold star, or not allowed to play on sports day?

Also in Scotland and I'll tell you what sort of NUMPTY...........the gutless b@stards in my office who at the mention of strike and their arses collapse, hence we are doing 4.5hr deliveries and about to include walk lapsing.

this is the same as what is happening at an office in the TW district, west london, whereby you do a whole walk on your day off for f^ck all, or take 25% out on your usual delivery!................madness!
