Pay Grade Scale
Can anyone tell me where I can see the pay grade scale. I've tried searching for it everywhere and can't find it.

Re: Pay Grade Scale
I've been working for 8 months now and got a pay rise which I didn't notice 2 months ago! It must have gone up after 6 months... Not that I'm complaining
I was just wondering if I can see exactly how much it increases by at what age you are and how long you have been working there.
Asked both my manager and union rep and they don't know where to find this.
I worked out I'm being paid 8.26 an hour at the moment (part time hours).

Re: Pay Grade Scale
Do 'trialists' still get the money after a year as my line manager still thinks I am on trial after eighteen months. (for your info I have had no stages/no failed trial letters/no completed trial letters!)
I also get the full wage.

Re: Pay Grade Scale
if you have been there for more than 12 months, you are permanent staff. So let the wages department know. Just in case management are bending the rules.
