The problem with work at the moment is its very split,some people are prepared to take a stand and do no o/t or work to rule,but there will always be a percentage who will either do all the o/t they can find or they will come in early use there cars not book o/t for a late finish whilst these manager friendly posties are in the job were bollocksed,and to be honest i cant see a way of changing it.We all need to think the same I for one am sick of people at my office being at the managers beck and call when there in the s**t because they wont fill vacancies so every week there short staffed,and that is just one issue i could go on all day.I just wished the public could see what conditions we have to work in then things might get done.Come on D**** M******* get it sorted.
