The DOM has no right making you have the meeting outside, the jumped up little tosser.

Why are 90% of managers programmed to be arseholes? Is it any wonder that people are confrontational, why should we bend over backwards when we get nothing in return.

I still love love job,But hate the people who manage us.

Too many chiefs and not enough indians, such a shame that the chiefs are also w*****s :mfo :lfo :lfo :lfo :lfo

When we had our union meeting we also had to stand outside the building, apparently the area rep is banned from the premises. If RM had any sense they would've let us have the meeting in the canteen instead of airing the dirty laundry in public :cool
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

All our meetings now take place in the local club, it's easier than having it in RM premises plus you can have a drink

Ours are in a pub after work as it should be you need to relax and listen and decide in that kind of place not with managers looking at you its to important and you can always socialise after and that is something wrong with unions because we are a collective not a sado that comes into work looks through his own window then buggers off home with no thought of all the other workmates that are forced to do things differently its the big picture not the small.
