i was wondering, does overtime after 10 hours not = the same as basic wage? on my wage slip it says £392 for basic wage (40hours) then £394 for after 10hours (48 hours 6mins).
is it less or did i just not get paid for a day

You get more money on ot in first 10 hours that between 40-50 hours but after that it is less to try to stop people doing too much overtime.

1st 10 hrs 92.30= 9.23 per hr
afterwards it goes to 8.21 per hr
