help whilst off

Post by shimmyrule »

Its amazing now, the day you call in sick for work, a nice bullshitting letter, from caring management, plops through the letterbox, wishing you well, and a speedy recovery. :Boo hoo!

Then, after a week or so, you get invited in to see what they can do to intimidate- errrr- "help" ;liar you get back to work.

Do you have to attend these meetings? :speak to the hand
Can they force you back on light duties? :evil/mad
If you need specialist treatments whilst off, can you get the business to meet the costs? :pray

oh, do places like mail centres have access to professionals in the medical field if unwell.

oh, do places like mail centres have access to professionals in the medical field if unwell.Ha Ha yeah they like to think that they are most are Gp`s on the gravy train or as at my local one a nurse who has done occupational health at college l
Royal Mail managers.....about as popular as a t.urd in a swimming pool!
The DDA/Equality Act demands action,NOT words......adjustments NOT Occupational Health referrals.Case No:2505901/09
Royal Mail is an Equal Opportunities Employer..It discriminates against everybody.
