Can Managers stalk in own Car ?

Our manager is seen stalking postmen out on delivery using his own car is that allowed ?
Also takes pictures of postmen on his mobile ?

I'd phone the police and say I was being followed by someone in a car who apparently is taking photos, stating that you were worried about your security and the security of the mail :wink:

Call the police and say there is someone watching you and taking pictures and that you feel that they might be planning to rob you.

I know of it happening with IB once, the police came down blue lights and sirens and hauled this guy out of the car :Very Happy

Get them to buy a George Forman grill from the Frontline Fix money. Our managers did and they're never more than ten yards away from it, the fat, lazy useless shower!

Chill bro, the brothers and sisters should get their own mobiles out and snap photos of him snapping them. See how he likes it. Failing that the other suggestions put forward are reasonable.

follow brothermagrew's advice then report it to your rep and get it dealt with at area level

alternatively get the local kids to brick the car, should be good for a laugh and your manager would have no witnesses............ would they?

Fully agree with Axeman on this.. no way would i have ever put up with that!!! I would be off to my solicitor. Prats!!! What the heck are they taking photos for anyway!!!!!!!

Just be careful to only take Photos, and not Videos. I know that you can't record videos on RM premises (too many appearing on Youtube!), but I'm not sure about while you're on duty elsewhere. It'd be best to check with your Rep first.

Did this very thing at my old office,I spotted some excuse for a manager parked up watching me delivering the mail.
I made sure he had no idea i had clocked him,then proceeded to phone the police and informed them that i believed
i was being followed, and that i was worried for my safety. Within minutes a squad car pulled up behind him, and a rather
burly copper tapped on his window.The look of horror on his face was priceless,and the smile on mine will(hopefully)be etched
in his memory for ever.
