Conveyance back to DO

Can anyone tell me if theres an agreement where it clearly states that RM are responsible for conveying delivery staff back to their DO?

Theres been a number of changes in our DO and some of us now want bringing back to office when we've finished, however, our DOM tells us that we finish when our last letter goes in and that they're not a taxi service.

is it wishful thinking to hope that its in writing somewhere?

I don't think there's anything in writing(I could be wrong) but you are entitled to toilet facilities and a place to wash your hands, also you should have access to your locker, ask your manager how he will provide these facilities for you when you finish your walk, remember job and finish is dead

your due to finnish at you do how else would you get you car to start you home journey after completion of the delivery if he tells you to get a bus cut off to allow you sufficent time to return to the office and pouch off and don't forget he's to pay for your bus journey so keep the ticket
