DM26 re pick

Post by Rage24 »

There's 29 duties on our DM26, 6 pods, 4 single drivers, 7 HCT's.

If im 27 on the seniority list should I definitely get a duty? Or will some duties be kept for part timers. (I'm also classed as DDA)

Probably a single driver if you're DDA. As working as a pair puts you under pressure to work at your partners pace.

Have a look at the agreement. Any adjustments are covered.

Nowadays having a duty is a bad thing. Best being a reserve then you don't have the full responsibility

Of course you do - when your on a duty it’s YOUR duty for that day - and everything’s on the pda and cameras in vans etc
Not doing the d2ds is the main thing but people on their own walks take weeks to do them all anyway
