Don't think I'll bother - if you have to wait for video buffering it's a pretty amateurish enterprise. I caught the first few seconds where it sounded like someone ripping a paper bag and and making a popping sound with his finger and his cheek - yep we're not called the communications union for nothing, which is precisely what we get.

That is strange because it doesn't matter if I use the Union website or the link I get buffering on both - maybe it's my wireless laptop - I'll try it on my big one upstairs - still wireless but a more powerful machine.

Nope - tried it on 2 laptops, also two desktops both duo processors each with 2 gig of matched RAM 1 wireless, 1 connected with a LAN direct to the router, also have another laptop and a quad core with 4 gig of matched RAM which I only built a few weeks ago which has a BFG GTX 280 OCX with a gig of RAM but I haven't tried them because they aren't booted up.

Each of the two desktops has a £200 quid graphics card but I don't remember what they are, one I built in January the other I bought last December - soooooooo
I am pretty sure it's not me particularly with a 16meg connection on a lan.

found you had to get about a inch in along from the start ,( the CWU film that is ! ) once it had done all it's buffering it was OKish - also I'm pretty underpowered - only a Intel GMA 950 integrated graphics card that takes 80MB off the memory - basically an office thing + 2 meg cable - nothing fancy just ethernet cable + cable modem

On a H&S note - there's a danger of RSI injuries and blindness with Red Tube - members don't want to be on RMAP or medical retirement - there was a IT case when a postie found his Lino or DUM on one of those " gentlemen's interests sites " - RM lost as that manager had brought everything on himself

Beware the finger stutter - it happens when you are buffering and then forget what you were doing - it can prove to be embarrassing.

Well i was buffering like a good un from word go and no matter how hard I buffered it wouldn't work .I know it was only meant to last 30mins but the prospect of buffering for that length of time was simply overwhelming.I guess I couldn't be buffered to put the effort in
