Did you know that whenever RM decide to stop your sick pay they also decide to stop your SSP :hmmmm but whenever I queried it with wages they told that RM don't claim SSP back from the government so they only start paying SSP whenever RM decide to stop your sick pay :confused which in RM land is 1 week in arrears :shock: .

I'm really confused, and I think RM are too.
