"Good leaver" before the September cut off date for the lump sum payment?

Post by CarryingMGMT »

So, hypothetically... If I left the business on Monday, would I still receive the lump sum payment?

Also, how many weeks would you have to wait to receive backdated holiday pay?

Thanks.

Staff in post on August the 4th was the cut off date, so yes you will. All the other stuff should be in your last wages.

Thanks for the reply, my payslip this week is a bare wage, any ideas why I haven't been credited with the holidays I've not taken? (a quite substantial amount!)
And who to speak to, to get it sorted out?

Also, anyone know if us leavers before 23/9/23 will get any official paperwork for the lump sum payment?

Good question, as none of us get paper payslips anymore current employees can only see payslip via the people app or
see it in your bank account. As I assume you'll no longer have access into the people app you might only get
sight of it in your bank account. It's just another RM shambolic way of doing things.
