So we've gone from "they can't sack us all if we end up going into administration and choose to vote no" to "they'll sack us all in order to avoid paying us the pay rise". Some of the posts I've seen both on here and other social media have been completely ridiculous since this agreement. Respect those that voted no for legit concerns such as child care and those voted yes if they are feeling let down and are tight on money, but what's done is done. Not happy with it but this is the end result.
