Simon's purposefully understaffed us long before this dispute. He doesn't give a damn about customers.
We've been delivering a 5 days service instead of 6 for 16months+ due to him purposefully understaffing deliver offices.

They never press him when he mentions “we are a parcel company” what about your obligation to deliver letters, does that mean you’re are prioritising packets over delivering peoples Christmas cards etc

Um ok but what about the literal thousands of letters i delivered yesterday and the overwhelming number of yorks of letters piled up in my DO.
I get that parcels means profits and letter volumes have dropped and will continue to, but dont we still deliver 8 billion a year?!
