advertising jobs saving hours
we have had up to 5 people leave over the 6-12 months these jobs i have been told are not been advertised,but are going to be covered by 20 hour casuals.the union rep hasnt worked for royal mail for too long and only been a rep for a couple of months,so i dont think he knows either.can the managers do this.

The rep should put in a disagreement over this as this is unagreed changes to staffing.
