The unpaid absence deduction will be for the strike day. The rest will just be how PSP handles back pay. I don't believe it can handle back pay being done as a lump sum

The 2% pay rise they forced through was an estimate, so now they have calculated the exact amount for each individual person and paid that and took back the original amount paid earlier in the year. See other thread on wage deduction.

Odd pay slip. Has Arrears of Basic Pay then further down Lump Sum (NPen) which pretty much wipes out arrears of basic pay.

No idea unfortunately. Mine was a minus payment so it was actually taken away.

I just started at Parcelforce and was wondering how to get my payslip. Is it online or a paper payslip?

You don't get paid for your rest day if it fell on Friday. You can hardly expect to get paid if you were on strike!!

You wouldn't be on strike if it was your day off, granted you wouldn't earn a days pay either! but you shouldn't have lost a days pay also.

You will still be paid if your day off is a strike day…you were never supposed to be at work on that day, so you haven’t withdrawn your labour ( ie you will have worked 5 other days in that 6 day working period)… same applies if you are on holiday in a week when IA occurs…
