Can i just warn driving postie's i saw two yesterday about 2 pm one no seatbelt on and one on his mobile near new Cross station Lewisham

Yeah don't take any unnecessary risks, you never know who's watching, use a Bluetooth earphone if you regularly get calls whilst at work, despite being legal it's still against RM policy to use one but it's a lot less obvious to anyone watching, I've got one for listening to music or a podcast but obv also works for phone calls.
