Payslips - Who can view them?

Hopefully I’ve posted this in the right section.

Just wondering, apart from myself, who else is able to view my payslips? Can the guy who inputs overtime into PSP see them on his computer? Can a line manager/DOM?

Yes, whoever puts your overtime onto PSP can access your payslips, as can your managers. If you have been paid short they need to check what you were paid Vs what you claimed.

Thank you for your answer. Just wasn’t sure if they could see my deductions (tax, pension, student loans etc). Nothing dodgy going on and I don’t do OT anyway so I’m always paid correctly.

i wouldn't know 1 way or the other, but i'd guess they would only have access to your hours worked, not the whole wage slip with details,
the data protection could be breached to lets say someone has wage deductions not linked to rm, say council tax arrears csa payments etc.
they aren't allowed to know that sort of detail

When I had an issue with my OT, I was asked to bring the offending payslip in and then they (manager and book room) double checked that I didn't mind them seeing it before they would look at it, so I presume they can see it but need your permission before it's accessed if you get them digitally.

Thank you for the replies, my feelings are they can probably view the hours done and the amount paid but that’s it, I’m doubtful they can actually view the whole of the payslip. I’m sure someone here who uses PSP might confirm.
