Return to work meeting

Hi is there set time for a return to work meeting I no they should be done 1st day back but never did now they asking me to do one 6 days after don't see the point now.

I remember a few years ago that i didn't have my return to work meeting on the first day i came back . I had it the next day ,shortly afterwards they wanted to issue me a 1st stage warning , I told the manager I never had the return to work on correct day so you can't issue me a stage warning . I dont know if this right but i didn't get the warning.

Failure on not having a back to work meeting will have no impact under the attendance agreement if issued or not.
It is a risk assessment and only applicable if the employee has a negative event while waiting for that meeting under a duty of care
