anyone getting there £400 bonus
our office has been told we wont get our bonus now as we are at a stage 1 disagreement of the pay deal over management wanting to take nights from our office.....we have offered 24 hours (they originally wanted 9) but this is now not good enough...they have said they will give us hours back at S A rate which they can lapse at any time.....doesnt look like we will get the 1.5% either as we have already said we have no interest in signing up for stage 2
oh well the wife can wait for her new vacuum cleaner lol

Moved to P&M forum, there's also other bits in there about it as well.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Not in April for our office - all the paperwork is in apparently but RM don't like the fact that we have tried to pin them down on when and where various things can happen - so fingers crossed we will get our raise and £400 in May.

Nothing to do with Flexibility but Nights out of DOs is in the Pay and Modernisation agreement:

So I guess as mentioned they are going down the IR framework.NIGHT SHIFTS IN DELIVERY
• Royal Mail’s original position on this was the cessation of all night shifts. This has now been considerably watered down and will be dealt with through our IR procedures. Health, safety and security aspects are now covered.

as long as the paper work is done u should get it at the end of april. after its been in there bank for a month first.
more job cuts and more ags getting the overtime. how great is that. get rid of full timers and a gs get 50 hours overtime on a 15 hour contract :lfo :cfo but managers are part timers for what they do.
