Taking annual leave

Hi could anyone inform me how I can get owed annual leave I have around 8 days that have been carried over year after year ( poss 3/4 ) every year we do our picks as dom won't discuss owed until everyone has picked . I then asked him where I can take these days & all I get is all full no spots . Is this something the union can help with ? I know there are people with weeks & weeks owed but surely there comes a time when he has to address it . Thanks

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
