Any posties from Northern Ireland here? Have an interview next week, says 24hr contract 7am-1pm.
Is the forced overtime etc the same here as it seems to be for the mainland?
It is the part time hours that really drew me to applying, while I don't mind occasional overtime I don't want to be constantly working far more than my contracted hours
Thanks in advance for any help.

There is no forced overtime anywhere.
If they give you a 24 hour contract then you only need to work 24 hours.
