SA O/T

Post by VansFortress »

Hi guys just a quick question. I have been off sick for a couple weeks, however one of the weeks I was supposed to be off on annual leave anyway. Should I have received my usual SA O/T for the week I was on annual leave even though I was off sick? If I wasn't sick I wouldn't have been at work anyway that week so I can't see why it makes a difference. Cheers

SA is paid for periods of Annual Leave but not for periods of Sickness.

If you were off sick u also wouldnt be on annual leave. So no SA o/t.

Key thing to note is u were off sick so u wouldnt have used up your annual leave for that week.
