Has anyone noticed that the annual leVe allowance has decreased this year ?

yes 5 hours less than last year , so with the shorter working week your wages dont change but your leave has so are we paying for our own shorter working week ? any info

Why on earth would you expect to receive holiday pay for hours you’re not working? You have not lost anything.

its not holiday pay im on about as you would get the same pay regardless , its the leave allocation so if your still on a 38 hr week with no loss of pay , yes , why isnt your leave hours the same , and yes like i said i am 5 hours less on my leave allocation for this year , compared to my 5+ weeks .

You should have how ever many hrs you work contract X 6 weeks for example if you have been there 20yrs. 37hrs is 37x6 if you still on 38hrs then 38x6 but your not gonna get 38x6 if you now work 37. I guess if you are talking 5 hrs you must be of length of service to get a straight 5weeks annual leave?
