Boxing day lump-sum
I worked on boxing Day 26 4 hours I received only 4 hours pay but haven't receive £38 lump sum any one any idea?

In my office the payment didn't get put through apparently it has to be manually done so we are getting ours in next week's payslup

Only one lump sum per individual is payable.
Payments are not pro-rata for part-time employees, they are purely to be calculated against the number of hours attended on 26th December.
Where night shift roles commence on 26th December, the total number of hours attended on that shift (i.e. including any performed after midnight, into 27th December) should be used to determine payment levels.
Payments are subject to tax and National Insurance and are non-pensionable.
