318s and breaks
Do we still go by our 318s? My manager has asked me to change my break at work as the time thats on my 318 is stupid (not my idea) but if i say yes, work and something happens (i.e. i get injured) am i covered? am i entitled to change me break?

the only things written in stone on your 318 are your start/finnish times and your mr time, everything else is "as directed". The fact that you feel he is pressuring you is worthy of a witness to these incidents and a grievance form being filled out. Never forget the phrase "as could be reasonably perceived by A N Other"
