20 days ago I applied for a position to another DO
I have been hired already but unfortunately my manager don't want to release me before Christmas...
I spoke with the HR and I have been told that the managers have to agree to a release date
The manager of the new DO called me and told me that the transfer should happen in 6 weeks time.
Meaning 10 days before Christmas.
The matter is that I have to travel every day for around 3 hours by car and spending quite a lot pounds on petrol plus I am exhausted every day...

Re: Stall my transfer by my manager
If its "stressing" you out maybe you should go sick. I'm sure if your manager is not going to be seeing you before Xmas and also has to pay for your leave out of his budget he will no doubt get the hold up resolved. ASAP
