Great week for Screwfix QofS last week – across all services we hit the SLA of 98.5% for home delivery depot controlled quality, this is a great performance all round and has been improving over the last few weeks which creates a very positive conversation with the customer, although a great improvement we do still have the home delivery AM stream of traffic below target. This traffic is around 15% of the total output for home delivery so any failures create a bigger impact - we do need to apply focus in this area.
Depot Controlled QofS
· Home Delivery 24HR – 99.17%
· Home Delivery AM – 96.08%
· TC - flying high again @ 99.15%!!
· Just to add another measure in here the network success was an
excellent 99.4%.
A huge thank you to all involved with the above performance, including hubs & network, your efforts are really appreciated !
As always please keep talking to us and letting us know of the issues you face, and please make sure the daily log is completed with as much detail as possible.
Please see Depot’s that achieved combined home delivery service SLA – Well done and thank you.

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
