You can't lose them.
You can only carry them over with their agreement.

The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

This bit intrigues me, if you get to say February/March and don’t agree to carry over but management insist annual leave is full, what then?clashcityrocker wrote: ↑21 Nov 2021, 14:59You can't lose them.

I’m sure there were a few on here carrying over multiple weeks of holidays each year (before it was changed to hours).
The day is gonna come when we’re all gonna have to testify.

Re: Days due ,,
They say this but I have carried over more than five weeks leave before and heard some in the office have more( some even around 10weeks) . Ended up having three weeks leave in a row to go see family abroad so worked out well but I've worked my way back up to over three weeks leave currently owed again and yet apparently no free slots left! Even though I pay for the extra week they didn't even grant me one over a year ago when I had it on the form! You may need to ask them if they can fit them in but they may tell you to carry them over
